What is it?
A revocable living trust is a document in which a person places assets into a trust they can change or cancel while living. It names a trustee to manage the trust and beneficiaries to receive the assets. We prepare the trust documents according to the choices you make. Preparing a trust does not by itself transfer assets into it; transferring (funding) assets is a separate step.
